If you are anything like me, you find it hard to dress in fall when it is 80 degrees one day and 20 degrees the next. It’s the ultimate “What do I wear season?” Since fall is filled with many warm/hot days, I love to mix up my outfits with some lighter options. That’s where the slip comes in! The slip is the perfect transitional piece that you can literally throw on during any season, simply add a jacket over your shoulders and your look is instantly put-together.
You don't need to spend a fortune on a slip, I grabbed this slip dress from a vintage store. This fall look is perfect for running errands, attending meetings or just being your perfect self when hanging out with friends. I also live for anything camo in the fall… I think I picked up my liking for camo when I worked at Ralph Lauren right out of college. Polo always had an array of camo jackets that people wore and it just made every outfit look instantly chic. By adding a camo bomber to the slip suddenly you are one stylish boss lady. I am also such a sucker for booties. These suede booties end up pulling the look together perfectly. But, my favorite part of the look is my choker! I feel like Cher from the movie “Clueless.” She and “D” always wore chokers and I have loved them ever since. So loves... I hope you enjoyed one of my favorite go-to fall looks!
