A New Twist On Breakfast

If you know me, you know how much I love breakfast food! Having a healthy breakfast right after I workout in the morning is key for me to have a successful and productive day. This weekend I had a blast partnering with Quaker Oats to produce my favorite #overnightoats recipe. This recipe is so simple and easy to make! If you are a busy mom or just constantly on the go this breakfast is packed with real ingredients that will help you stay full and satisfied. So, whip out those mason jars and get started! 

NUFit Overnight Oats recipe: 
1/2 cup Quaker® Oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup banana, sliced
1 teaspoon bee pollen

Instructions:

Grab your favorite mason jar to put all these ingredients in. Start by placing the Quaker Oats at the bottom then add your almond milk to it. Second, add the vanilla to the mixture with your cut fruit on the top. Once done, place in your fridge until the am. The best part is when you wake up it's all ready to go!
