“NU x Chameleon Cold-Brew”

Fuel up after the gym!

This week I am pumped to be sharing one of my favorite "Post-Workout Smoothie" recipes with you! As most of you know by now I LOVE coffee, so it makes total sense that one of my favorite smoothie recipes would include Chameleon Cold-Brew.

After I teach NUFit I am dripping in sweat and need a boost of energy. If you have ever come to NUFit you know I lead and do the entire class with my students. So, racing home to drink an ice-cold vegan protein packed smoothie with Chameleon Cold-Brew is just what the doctor ordered.

Time to crank out your high speed blender and get started.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup ice, 1 scoop vegan protein powder, 1/2 cup coconut meat, 1 tbs cinnamon , 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/2 cup Chameleon Cold-Brew, 1/2 frozen banana. **Use a food processor (or a high speed blender) to mix everything together.

Directions: Take all the ingredients and place in your blender. Mix for about 30-60 seconds until all the ingredients look combined. If the smoothie needs more liquid go ahead and add more Chameleon Cold-Brew.  ENJOY! xxx
